When you buy a puppy, you assume full responsibility for its care, feeding, compliance with local regulations, and ensuring a safe environment. These points are an important part of the terms of the contract and are not just relevant after the puppy is handed over.
XXL Luxor Bullys is committed to ensuring that every puppy goes to a responsible home. For this reason, we reserve the right to decline an adoption if the owner’s circumstances, intended use, or living conditions do not meet our requirements.
You are responsible for providing the puppy with a safe, stable, and suitable home. This includes plenty of space, time, care, exercise, and responsible training.
Before purchasing and taking possession of the dog, you must check for yourself whether owning an American Bully is permitted where you live and what rules, permits, or import regulations apply.
Animals will not be given away for illegal purposes, use that violates animal welfare laws, dogfighting, irresponsible ownership, or transfer without appropriate oversight.
After you take possession of your dog, you are responsible for its diet, veterinary care, grooming, vaccinations, parasite prevention, and ongoing health care.
Please check the legal requirements, pet ownership requirements, and import regulations before making a binding reservation. A reservation does not replace a review of the rules in your place of residence.
The breeding contract applies exclusively to breeding requests and is clearly separate from the purchase of a puppy. It sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of an XXL Luxor Bully stud dog, the breeding fee, the procedure, and the responsibilities of the female dog’s owner.
The stud contract is only relevant if you wish to request one of our stud dogs for a suitable female dog. The specific terms of the agreement are drawn up on a case-by-case basis and discussed personally in advance.
A prerequisite for the Stud Service is a suitable, healthy, and compatible female dog. Her health status, documentation, estrus cycle, and general conditions will be coordinated in advance.
The stud fee, payment deadline, and payment method are specified in the individual Stud contract. The service begins only after a binding agreement has been reached and payment has been received.
Depending on the agreement, natural mating, artificial insemination, veterinary supervision, or the shipment of semen are planned separately and governed by contract.
The owner of the female dog is responsible for health examinations, determining her heat cycle, veterinary care, compliance with legal requirements, and the subsequent pregnancy and rearing of the puppies.
Pregnancy, litter size, sex ratio, or the puppies’ development cannot be guaranteed in general. Any deviating agreements are valid only if set forth in writing in the stud contract.
