PURCHASE PROCESS
Picking Order
Every buyer has the option to make a reservation for a puppy.
With every throw, there is a chance to secure a pick.
What does "Pick" mean? How does it work?
A pick order is the order in which you are given to choose your puppy. For example, let's say we have a litter of 8 puppies, 4 males and 4 females. The first person who wants to choose from all the available males would be assigned the "1st pick male." If you wanted, for example, the "4th pick male," three other families would have to choose their puppy first. After that, it would be your turn to choose from the remaining male puppies.
* The selection will take place no later than when the puppies are 6 weeks old.
It's always possible that more puppies will be born than initially expected at the time of reservation. If you are interested in a mating that is already reserved, we can put you on a waiting list.
Reservation, deposit and procedure for buying a puppy
1. General
Customers who choose a puppy from a planned or confirmed mating reserve a fixed selection spot (“Pick” – e.g. 1st Pick, 2nd Pick, 3rd Pick, 4th Pick) with their commitment.
By making a reservation, the buyer accepts the following terms and conditions as binding.
2. Deposit / Reservation Fee
A puppy can be reserved by paying a deposit, which applies exclusively to the booked mating.
1st Pick: €1,000
2nd Pick: €1,000
3rd Pick: €500
4th Pick: €500
The deposit will be credited against the final purchase price.
Once payment is received, the puppy will be reserved and the purchase agreement will be sent via email. The contract becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit.
3. Selection and payment terms
1st Pick
Once the puppies are born and there is a sufficient selection according to the desired sex, the entire remaining payment must be made no later than 3 days after the birth.
If payment is not received on time, the deposit will be forfeited without replacement and the right to the pick will be lost.
2nd, 3rd and 4th pick
The selection of the puppy takes place once the puppies are approximately 6 weeks old.
The entire remaining purchase price is due at this point at the latest.
If no feedback or decision is received on the day of selection, the deposit is forfeited and the puppy will be placed elsewhere.
Note: A puppy will be selected no later than when the puppies reach the age of 6 weeks.
4. Cancellation / Transfer of the deposit
If the buyer withdraws after making a reservation, they will generally lose the deposit paid, as the reserved seat is guaranteed to be held free of charge.
Transferring the deposit to another pairing is generally excluded, except in the following cases, for which XXL Luxor Bullys is responsible:
The female dog will not become pregnant
Not enough puppies of the desired sex are born
Although there are puppies available, none realistically meet the agreed quality or type requirements.
In these cases, the deposit can be transferred to another pairing.
5. Final payment and transport
The remaining balance of the purchase price is due once the puppy reaches its 6th week of life.
Once full payment has been received, we will organize the transport of the puppy in consultation with the buyer.
The transport costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid shortly before the puppy's departure.
6. Handover & Documents
The puppy will be fully immunized according to its age and will be handed over or transported in the best possible health condition.
The following documents are included in the handover:
EU pet passport
Health certificate
ABKC Pedigree (The ABKC pedigree, issued by the ABKC in the USA, will be sent directly to the address provided by the buyer where the puppy will permanently live. It will not be handed over directly upon delivery.)
The buyer receives a written payment confirmation for each payment made.
7. Final Provisions
By paying the reservation fee, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

We naturally want the best possible home for our XL American Bully puppies. Before purchasing a puppy, it's very important to us that you check with your local council about the requirements for keeping an XL American Bully. It's very important to us that our puppies grow up in a home and are not kept as guard dogs in a garage or yard. Please be aware that the puppies need some time to adjust to their new surroundings and people. Special dog experience isn't essential, but it's certainly an advantage.
Among other things, it is our highest priority that none of our puppies are used for illegal activities!

If you leave a deposit with us,
this will not be refunded.
If your puppy is not born or if you decide not to have the puppy, you have the option to reserve a puppy from a different combination if another puppy is available.
