What does Pick mean? How does it work?

A pick/selection order determines the order in which you get to choose your puppy. Let's say we have a litter of 8 puppies, consisting of 4 males and 4 females. The person who wants to be the first to choose from all the available male puppies gets the "1st pick male". For example, if you want the "4th pick male", three other families have to choose their puppy before you. Then it's your turn to choose from the remaining male puppies.

*The selection must be made no later than when the puppies are 6 weeks old

It may happen that more puppies are born than indicated at the time of reservation. If you are interested in a mating but it is already reserved, there is a possibility that you will be placed on a waiting list

Reservierungs Bedinungen

1. Allgemeines
Kunden, die sich entscheiden, aus einer geplanten oder bestätigten Verpaarung einen Welpen zu reservieren,
reservieren damit einen Auswahlplatz („Pick“: 1st, 2nd, 3rd usw.). Mit der Reservierung erkennt der Käufer die
nachfolgenden Bedingungen verbindlich an.

2. Anzahlungen
- 1st Pick: Anzahlung 1.000 € - 2nd Pick: Anzahlung 1.000 € - 3rd Pick: Anzahlung 500 € - 4th Pick:
Anzahlung 500 € Die Anzahlung gilt ausschließlich für die gebuchte Verpaarung.

3. Auswahl und Zahlungsfristen
1st Pick: Sobald die Welpen geboren sind und ausreichend Auswahl gemäß Geschlechtswunsch vorhanden ist,
muss die gesamte Restzahlung spätestens innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach der Geburt erfolgen. Erfolgt keine
fristgerechte Zahlung, verfällt die Anzahlung ersatzlos, und der Pick-Anspruch erlischt. 2nd, 3rd und 4th Pick: Die
Auswahl des Welpen erfolgt mit ca. 6 Wochen. Spätestens zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist die gesamte Restzahlung zu
leisten. Erfolgt am Tag der Auswahl keine Rückmeldung oder Entscheidung, verfällt die Anzahlung, und der
Welpe wird weitervermittelt.

4. Rücktritt / Übertragung der Anzahlung
Ein Rücktritt des Käufers nach Reservierung führt grundsätzlich zum Verlust der geleisteten Anzahlung, da der
Pick verbindlich freigehalten wird. Eine Übertragung der Anzahlung auf eine andere Verpaarung ist nicht
möglich, außer in folgenden Fällen, in denen XXL Luxor Bullys verantwortlich ist: - die Hündin wird nicht
tragend - es gibt nicht genügend Welpen des gewünschten Geschlechts - es stehen zwar Welpen zur Auswahl,
jedoch keiner entspricht dem Kundenwunsch hinsichtlich Qualität/Typ, wodurch keine realistische Auswahl
möglich ist In diesen Fällen kann die Anzahlung einmalig auf eine andere Verpaarung übertragen werden.

5. Schlussbestimmungen
Mit Zahlung der Reservierungsgebühr bestätigt der Käufer, diese Bedingungen gelesen und akzeptiert zu haben.
Der Vertrag tritt mit Eingang der Anzahlung in Kraft
